In 1969, the URSUS factory in Warsaw started the production of the C-385 tractor, which proved to be a turning point in the history of the Sulecin facility. It would now begin producing parts for the C-385. This project included building a facility for a machining section with heat treatment ability, a galvanizing section, and modernizing the casting house. In January, 1971, the complex?s production profile was gradually converted from agricultural machinery to tractor assemblies.
1975 saw a complete change in the elementary technological processes at the factory: the machinery was modernized and necessary managerial and technical steps were taken to convert the facility to modern standards.

The main work of the factory is now performed in the metal working section and the casting house. To date, primary production has consisted of cast irons and assemblies, sub-assemblies and spare parts to tractors.
In 2002, the factory was bought by IROMET Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company registered in Poznan, Poland. Reorganizing and adjusting the factory to free market competition has been the main objective of the company
